Terms & Conditions

No inside smoking. Smoking is permitted on our large deck or covered bridge. Please pick up any butts and dispose in the appropriate containers. A fee of $250 will be charged to your credit card if it is found that you are smoking in undesignated areas.

Children are welcome and if they are under age 10, they stay free!

The rates listed are for 2 people.  There is a $15.00 charge per night plus taxes for each extra guest. There is no discount for only one guest in the room.

A two night minimum stay is required on holiday and special event weekends.

Our cancellation fee is $25.00 plus tax if the room is cancelled 3-7 days prior to scheduled arrival.

If cancelling within 48 hours of reservation date, one full night's stay fee per room reserved is required.

We require a credit card number to hold your reservation or if you don't provide a valid credit card number, we require a one-night deposit in order to guarantees your reservation. If you have made reservations several months ahead, please call and verify the arrangements 1 month prior to stay.

Dogs are allowed with prior arrangements and are charged as an extra guest, which is $15.00 per night plus taxes. NO CATS PLEASE. Dogs must have active flea control, shots, and cannot be left in the room alone unless crated. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. We suggest leaving a dog who is prone to barking or not comfortable around strangers at home. And please, no un-neutered males! They tend to want to "mark" a new territory. We have our resident Welsh Corgis named Jilly and Buddy. We also have our cat London who is not allowed in the B&B. However, if your dog has a history of problems with cats, we need to know! Guest dogs are not allowed in the Breakfast area unless they are service dogs that are leashed.

Please let us know if you have any questions!

Check-in after 3:00 PM, check-out at 11:00 AM unless prior arrangements are made.  Arrivals later than 9 PM need to contact us for directions for a late arrival.
