Policies

• No inside smoking. 

• Smoking is permitted on our large deck or screened porch.
  

• Children are welcome and if they are under age 10, they stay free.
  

• A two night minimum stay is required on holiday weekends.
  

• Cancellation for weekends and holidays can be made up to 7 days from date of stay, 24 hours for weekdays without incurring a charge of 1 nights' rate.
  

• A credit card number or one-night deposit guarantees your reservation. If you have made reservations several months ahead, please call and verify the arrangements 1 month prior to stay.
  

• Pets are allowed with prior arrangements and are charged as an extra guest, which is $10.00 per night.  No cats, please. Dogs must have active flea control, shots, and cannot be left in the room unless crated. We suggest leaving a dog who is prone to barking or not comfortable around strangers at home.  And please, no unneutered males!  They tend to want to "mark" a new territory.  We have a resident Welsh Corgi named Maggie and three cats who are not allowed in the B&B.
  

• Check-in after 3:00PM, check-out at 11:00AM unless prior arrangements are made.
